Call out to bad smells. Tank installed Nov 2024 but more work was done later outlet pipework due to flooding soakaway. Unit now working well but they have noticed bad smells.

CALL ON ROUTE Martin: 07742 693637 Callout, please see customers emails below: We are experiencing issues with the recently commissioned treatment plant at Wormington grange. The problem is that the treatment plant is not treating the foul waste properly and allowing foul water to discharge into the water cause. Environmentally this is a big problem that comes with fines from the EA but is also causing the foul smell to back track up the storm water system and find its way into the main residence and cottages. I have attached a drainage plan with imagery and notations, can you please review and tell me the next cause of action in getting this resolved. I do need this fixing by the end of the week I would really appreciate it if you could get back to me today
