Meeting Eurotech at 8am PO: 005749 Access from next door Heswall Cottage Just to confirm the objectives for the system check: 1. Check if the current system meets current general binding rules 2. Check the size of the current system to ensure it is adequate for the property 3. Check if there is any surface water from the downpipes entering the system 4. Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition 5. If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 6. Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required Call Kirsty whilst on site for de-brief to ensure she has all info to produce report

Callout to septic tank at Blakenhall Park is making a knocking noise. It is constant, its approx. every 30 seconds or so.
