On inspection we believe the outlet going into the chamber is always under water, leading to water backing up to the toilets. In my opinion I think we need to lower it a few inches, and this will resolve our ongoing issue with the staff toilets. If you engineers come to site and dont think thats the correct cause of action then Im also happy to go on their advice.
