Description:
***Must call Martin prior to arrival - 07787 656662 (site contact) - Call out - Issue with pump station - Please take float switch Can the engineer call Martin before getting to site for an update on the situation. Can the engineer carry a float switch with him (site think that may be the issue) but have also advised they believe the main issue is that the legs on the pump got damaged during installation and the pump has never sat correctly on the base of the tank, causing stress on the pipework at the top of the tank resulting in the pipework snapping near the wall of the tank. It has been repaired several times since them. The pipework is 2 pressure pipe. Original enquiry related to a quotation to get the pipework replaced?

Description:
Booked for PM Passing visit to quote - Belt snapped, went to fit a new belt but even on the lowest setting the belt wouldnt fit onto the top pulley, checked belt size and was correct, measured against old belt and again correct. Only way to fit a new belt was by turning the motor upside down , this allowed the belt to fit and be adjusted in height. The lower large pulley needs replacing but is badly corroded, also theres excessive horizontal movement in the bottom shaft, the top and bottom pulleys can be aligned but as soon as the Klargester starts the bottom large pulley moves back and out of alignment. Needs new bottom pulley but also something to stop the bottom shaft moving back and forth Motor and plate currently not fitted, look like it not worked for a few weeks, sludge is just above the bottom of the wheel and difficult to turn by hand, quite sure Klargester needs de-sludging alongside everything else.

Description:
Please could you just get the engineer to call Mandy the tenant on 07802 418 433 around an hour before arrival so she can ensure she is home to let someone in Callout - Just to say that there has been a foul smell to the side of the house for a few weeks now. We have checked the man hole covers to the side of the kitchen and cannot see anything untoward, even though the smell seems to be emanating from around this area. At times, the back garden also has an unpleasant smell in certain spots (unrelated to what the farmers are spreading on the fields), as well as out in the back field where the cesspit work was carried out. We have also noticed one ill-fitting lid and another that sits quite proud. Im not suggesting that these are necessarily the cause, but if the installation team comes out for an inspection, it would be worth them refitting some of the covers in the field as they dont appear to have been installed correctly, and the way they protrude could pose a hazard to livestock. Just thinking it may well be best to get this checked out during the summer whilst the ground is firm as if this poses a problem in the winter months, I know it will be more problematic to get into the fields.
