Revisit to finish commission from Shauns previous visit + Install of x2 SMS alarms. Marsh have fixed the issue with the NRV's. Paul Goodman has asked we attend later in the day not first thing.

Meeting Eurotech at 8am PO: 005403 Just to confirm the objectives for the system check: 1. Check if the current system meets current general binding rules 2. Check the size of the current system to ensure it is adequate for the property 3. Check if there is any surface water from the downpipes entering the system 4. Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition 5. If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 6. Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required Call Kirsty whilst on site for de-brief to ensure she has all info to produce report

NS - Callout to bad smells - They think the compressor might have failed Installed by us in 2022 and not been serviced or desludged since

Passing visit to bad smells following the dosing fluid being replaced (25th July) when this was first installed it stopped the complaints regarding smells

PRE COM VISIT BOOKED FOR 8TH AUGUST t. RAMS and induction required. Ducting going into tank ok. No draw cord. - Site have advised they will install following pre com visit Panel mounted and power supply going into panel. Pumps and floats kept in office. Parking is available next to the site and a shared access road, this is physically as close as you can get with a vehicle and it will be sorted for your install day. Full 5 point ppe needed on site. Full site induction also needed on this site
