07525 637484 - Please call on route Callout to alarm sounding before pump kicks in - This has been happening for some time, and I am wondering whether it could be related to a setting that requires adjustment or perhaps the pump activation level being set too high. I appreciate that I am not an expert in this area, but it seems unusual that the alarm activates almost daily and then clears once the pump has finished discharging to the drainage field. From memory, this was not an issue when the system was first installed. However, it became noticeable after the pipework was modified by one of your colleagues around March
