Callout to light flashing - booked for arrival between 9-10am Customer advises: On Wednesday afternoon the red warning light on top of cabinet came on. On opening the cabinet, the warning light was flashing – the legend at bottom said constant flashing means water may be in the gearbox or mechanism (not sure the exact name as I am not there). Julian (who will be there on Monday), turned the main input switch off and the switch on the control box and then turned it on again. The flashing stopped for 2 minutes, all lights were showing green and then after 2 minutes it reverted to red flash constantly. Yesterday (Thurs) morning they tried it again with the main switches. The same thing happened. Then they pressed the two buttons that say manual (icons with hands). There was a loud clunk within the cabinet and all the lights went off. He can’t restart anything.
