Confirmed with Tracey for afternoon appointment. Callout to red light. The school has returned after the christmas break yesterday and had frozen water pipes which may not be related to the issue. Found the red light on which has underneath to call us of an issue. Asked them to check power is going to the panel as is a possibility may have been turned off over the christmas period.
