NS - We commissioned the pump station at the site - We believe it is located at 113 - Callout to beacon

Pulling the other pump out to change the lifting chain in case the guide rails completely snapped,this can be done when we come to replace the guide rail. Quote: 4 new guide rails, 3 metre length by 1 inch wide. - Outside infront of wooden boards (in plastic packaging) 1 man. 1 hour. Sam's advised it would be best to take a second man and ladder for access.

Callout to chain, it has slipped off the drive motor - booked for Tues PM/Wed AM

Booked for PM - NS - Callout to pump station not working correctly - Have had another company out who have replaced the floats and set them at a higher level - high level alarm is not going off but looks like its not pumping away correctly and collecting in grates

NS Service - booked for AM - Gate code is 1066

Hastoe - Callout to alarm going off

Installing new 103042300H FEKA VS 550 MA 220-240/50 SP.UK pump Old pump is under warranty - DAB need a picture of the faulty pump, the plate and a video of the fault. No one will be on site but access will be fine please just go round the back through the gate - There is a factory next to the Bungalow if engineer needs a lift, please go to the reception and they will get help.

Return trip to electrically test unit as customer doesn't agree this was done correctly and that the panel needs replacing, he thinks its the run capacitors. He mentioned there is a problem with lifting chain also if you can please take this with you. Booked but no time given

Service and callout - Issue with pump station - Electrician has attended site and found that the control panel has power but no power coming out - Electrician has by passed and pumps ae currently being manually operated
