Call out - She advised there is an issue with their system, she notes they have had a couple of power cuts recently but nothing tripped in the house.

Call out - MUST BE PM (after 12 noon) Customer spoken to Nimesh, Sewage system keeps tripping electrics when turned on -

Home buyer/seller survey Just to confirm the objectives for the system check: 1. Check if the current system meets current general binding rules 2. Check the size of the current system to ensure it is adequate for the property 3. Check if there is any surface water from the downpipes entering the system 4. Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition 5. If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 6. Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required Call Kirsty whilst on site for de-brief to ensure she has all info to produce report

Call out unit beeping intermittently

Recently been emptied and the tanker driver advised her the pump isn't working. She is unsure what kind this is but thinks it's an air pump/compressor. Please ensure you have spares on the van incase it needs replacing. Not been serviced in a while.

Had a power cut over the weekend but the unit won't switch back on

CALLOUT - PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A SPARE FLOAT SWITCH pump station 1 is playing up. Pump 1 we can not hear the contactors engaging, and neither pump will operate in auto. I suspect a float switch is faulty, can the engineer attend site with one on his van, if it is found not to be the float switch we will purchase the float switch as a spare.
