Price £13,645 + VAT Tank FujiClean CEN5 (7-person) sewage treatment plant with gravity outlet. Installer Christ Britland Section 50/106 Not applicable / not required for this project. EA Permit Not required. Discharge is less than 5m³/day to a watercourse; site checks confirm no SSSI or Ground Source Protection Zones nearby. Included Building Control: Included. Electrician: Included – final connection and Part P sign-off. Tank Empty - not included £265 NO VAT per 1,000 gallons if undertaken by MPC. Spoil Removal: Included. Decommissioning Decommissioning the current septic tank by a full empty, but not broken in as possible asbestos, but can be backfilled with spoil from the new excavations Other Notes Property: Three-bedroom dwelling with existing failed septic tank discharging to stream. New FujiClean system to discharge via gravity feed (~5m) to stream with new headwall and rat flap. Power to be taken from existing outside socket; separate fuse included for compliance. Site access limited – planning required due to 4–5 ft garden drop and overhead cables; potential access through neighbour’s garden. Surface water confirmed separate; dye test available prior to installation.
