Serial Numbers not noted prior to dispatch
Serial numbers for the blowers, panel & kiosk not noted prior to dispatch for the units going to Muker (this was previously raised when Kirklington went out). I've found the serial numbers for the panel & kiosk but a site visit is required to gain the blowers serial number (MMB may attend themselves due to time scale before these need submitting to YW)
