Compliance check - customer not paid and not received the report
We attended site 11/3/26 - customer called to chase report 27/3/26. We have also only been paid for this today.
Should not attend site until we have been paid. Also we should follow our process in PipeDrive to make sure reports are sent over in a timely fashion.
