Wrong rising main sent with Shaun C
Shaun C sent to supported install with 50mm rising main and fittings , got to site and realised should have had 63mm
Found him a stockist near Bradford , 2 hour round trip to pickup
Customer happy , no issue
internal processes not followed relying on single staff email
Clear instruction should be given , preferably a kit list
