For remedial job 70809 the shaft was delayed due to being lost by the courier (PO007365). Kingspan made aware of this and they dispatched a replacement. Remedial job was delayed. We did recieve the replacement & the lost shaft within a couple of day, advised kingspan they need to collect one of the shafts.
