RAMS specified that barriers to be used around open manholes but none taken . We must ensure lads read RAMS and have barriers on vans when required
Attach RAMS to Synchro tickets, print physical copies to place in site pickup boxes, and make barrier requirement explicit on ticket notes for affected jobs.
